Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises

Steps:

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells in front of thighs.

  • Lift the dumbbells forward to shoulder height, keeping arms straight.

  • Lower the weights back to starting position.

  • Keep movements controlled and avoid using momentum.
