This April, take the first step towards a healthier you by joining our 30-day fitness journey, designed to foster a supportive environment and celebrate every milestone of your fitness journey. Whether you're aiming to kickstart your fitness routine or push your limits, the Flagler Fit Challenge is your chance to be part of a community that values health, wellness, and mutual encouragement. And yes, there's a $200 grand prize up for grabs! 

How to Enter 

  • Sign-Up: Use the sign-up form below to complete the registration. Be sure to read the directions and provide all the necessary details! 

  • Set Your Goals: Upon registration, set your personal fitness goals for the month. 

  • Track Your Progress: Use the Challenge Dashboard to log your daily activities, milestones, and engage with the community. 

The Rules 

  • Daily Check-Ins: Log your activities every day through the Challenge Dashboard. Activities range from walking to intensive workouts, with points awarded based on the type and duration of the exercise. 

  • Milestone Achievements: Set and achieve personal goals throughout the month. Points are scaled by the difficulty and significance of the milestone. 

  • Community Contributions: Engage with the forum by providing advice, encouragement, and support to fellow participants. Positive interactions are rewarded with points, promoting a supportive and active community. 

How Points Are Calculated 

  • Daily Check-ins: Earn 1-5 points per day based on the activity. For example, earn 1 point for a 15-minute walk and up to 5 points for a 1-hour intensive workout. 

  • Milestone Achievements: Earn 10-50 points for reaching your personal goals. For instance, earn 10 points for completing a 5k walk and up to 50 points for a marathon. 

  • Community Contributions: Earn 2 points per positive interaction in the forum, with a maximum of 4 points per day to encourage meaningful engagement. 

  • Final Story Submission: Share your journey in a compelling narrative for up to 100 points. This includes 30 points for your story, 40 points for evidence of progress, and 30 points for how you've impacted the community. 

Winning the Challenge 

The participant with the highest total points at the end of the challenge will win the $200 grand prize. Our diverse committee will review final submissions based on points, personal improvement, community engagement, and the inspirational impact of your journey. We ensure fairness and transparency by publicizing the criteria and point system in advance.
